Who We Are

We Fiorella and Viviana Bonfanti, two women who want to share their experience of worldly organic agriculture with those who understand bio-agriculture and strive to make this precious world better.

We joined the company in September 2011 with great enthusiasm and a desire to do good.

A company that was born in 2011 may seem very young but in reality, this is not the case; in fact, the family business has been operating for more than 70 years. In 1993, we embraced the sustainable method of organic farming here in Noto in Sicily.

Just at the entrance of the road, we see a landscape that triumphs the almond trees, the olive grove, citrus grove, and carobs—a glimpse of the Gulf of Noto stands proud on the horizon. On the farm, there is an uncultivated area dedicated to the wildlife refuge of animals, that together with the organic farming method, recognizes the full potential of biodiversity so near and dear to organic producers.

The remains of an old oil mill still exist at the production site, which were used to grind olives, and relics of a rural laboratory where the plaster boulders extracted from the quarry that was labored until the 50’s when it was in full swing.
